Happy Saturday!!! Great news from my crafty world.
The yarn I used in this project was one of the free samples I received from Knit Picks a few weeks ago. They got this new line of yarns called the Mighty Stitch, sounds very masculine-ish but the truth is, it’s super soft. Based on my experience, these yarns are just so soft and smooth in the hands. I knitted a hat using the light blue yarn and I am very please with the result.

Beautiful Crafty Creation
Here’s my Basic Rios Hat!!! I got the pattern free from Ravelry. I was in love with this pattern because of the star-looking decrease, looks very nice. And the body of the hat was knitted a bit longer than the photo pattern, so my piece is the slouchy version. Take a look…
And I asked the husband to take a photo of my back while wearing the hat. What do you think of this one?
As for the other 2 balls of yarn, I am not sure yet what I will do with them. I’m thinking since it is green and red, I will combine them for a Christmas-ish look. It could be a scarf or mittens, or maybe another hat. We’ll see. 😀
Mechanics: All you need to do is these 2 very easy tasks. One entry for each action. 😉
